The Best BlueBerry Muffins

Before I start with anything I must say this recipe is 100% kid approved! You will need to make a double batch if you want these to last for longer than an hour! If you choose not to let me say you were warned haha!

When I first moved out my mom bought me a Better Homes and Gardens cookbook filled with a ton of easy and quick recipes. I have been cooking and baking from this cookbook for the last 20 years. So I must give a nod to them for this recipe. I have tweaked a few ingredients to add an extra kick.

You will not need a bunch of fancy ingredients. If you bake at all you most likely will have these in your pantry! I live for recipes that are easy, quick and that my kids can help with because we all know you can't bake without someone wanting to join in!

Your items you will need are:

  • Muffin Pan

Your Ingredients you will need are:

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

  • Egg

  • Milk

  • Cinnamon

  • Cooking oil

  • and of course the blueberries.

If you decide to add the Streusel topping which in my option is the absolute bees knees, icing on the cake catch my drift? I always double the Streusel recipe! You will need these ingredients:

See I told you! I bet you have most if not all of these ingredients in your pantry! I am all about easy! Baking does not need to be complicated. I mean unless your baking for the Queen or something. Below are all the fine details! Please enjoy this recipe and let me know if your muffins lasted longer than a day!
